Extended Stay America - Meadowlands - East Rutherford

Liked the room and overall cleanliness of the place.

Didn't like the smell in certain areas and that when asked where the stairs were, housekeeping couldn't understand and directed me to the elevators. Highly irritating. Otherwise great.

Price

The room was completely empty. Not even a glass or cup. Nothing to use for the kitchen. The WiFi was terrible and slow. The lights in the room were broken. One electrical outlet was broken also. Oh, no food available anywhere nearby.

Was clean, comfortable.

No coffee maker, and not one item in the full kitchen, no pots, pans, dishes, cups, silverware.....completely empty....how can you call that a full kitchen?????

Included Breakfast is always a great feature

A little more care in not leaving the walls and doors with streaks would show more care is taken to clean the halls, looks rushed and shows staff is a bit lazy

Nice room, amazing location. If you are going to Metlife Stadium there isn't a better hotel for the price!

I do not want to remember that day unfortunately they gave me a room that I found a lot of bed bugs in my bed and it bites me a lot. I run to the reception and they gave me a key for another room without support to transfer the luggage. I feel bad in front of my brother, mother and my wife. As I am the one choose this Place.

The staff here is great and the rooms are in great shape and clean loved how big the bathroom was and can't wait to come back

The only bad thing I can think of is at breakfast there is no milk or juice to drink you only have coffee and we don't drink coffee other than that it was a great stay

Check-in staff was great and friendly and the room had a nice view.

The bed was pretty uncomfortable.

Trash can was full, dirty linens, no toilet paper!

Close to where I needed to be. Desk staff was helpful and supportive.

Not easy to get to with all of the converging roads and Meadowlands parking lots. The shower pipes rattled so loudly I thought a jet plane was right behind me. Sand paper bath towels.
